Service in the police force may be performed by:
- a Polish citizen of unblemished reputation;
- who has not been convicted by a final court judgment of an offense or a tax offense;
- enjoying full public rights;
- having at least secondary education;
- having the physical and mental capacity to serve in armed formations subject to special official discipline, which they are willing to obey;
- providing assurance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements set out in regulations on the protection of classified information;
- in addition, persons subject to military qualification should have their military service status regulated.
Those interested in joining the police force should submit their documents in person at the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec, 20 Zygmunta Augusta Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec. This can be done from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
