On 11 November 2015, after 6 p.m., concerned residents of one of the blocks in the Przylesie housing estate called the Lubin police duty officer. According to their account, a disturbance had broken out in one of the apartments. The officer dispatched a patrol from the prevention department to the scene.

As the police established, a woman came to one of the apartments claiming that her belongings were inside. When nobody opened the door for her, she tried to force her way in, helped by her acquaintances.

A disturbance broke out inside between her and the men who probably rented the apartment. The officers calmed everyone down.

Interestingly, during the intervention, officers noticed a tent set up in one of the rooms. Inside, they found... a cannabis cultivation operation. In total, they secured 25 cannabis seedlings and dried cannabis from which nearly 500 retail portions of marijuana could have been prepared.

Three Lubin residents—two 23-year-olds and a 26-year-old—were detained.
