The ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the hall of the Henryk Sucharski Major General Secondary and Vocational School Complex in Bolesławiec (Komuny Paryskiej Street). The ceremony will be attended, among others, by Paweł Fajdek, a two-time world champion in the hammer throw, together with his coach Jolanta Kumor, national 4×400 m team coach Józef Lisowski together with the athletes (Marcin Marciniszyn, Łukasz Krawczuk, Jakub Krzewina), two vice-presidents of the Polish Athletics Association: Zbigniew Polakowski and Paweł Olszański, as well as Lower Silesian Marshal Cezary Przybylski.
Meanwhile, at 2:30 p.m.—at the Athletics Orlik (behind the ZSOiZ)—the ribbon-cutting ceremony and the Stadium Opening Meeting will take place. The event, titled “Athletics for Everyone,” will be attended by athletes from Zgorzelec, Węgliniec, Lwówek Śląski, Świdnica, Jelenia Góra, Złotoryja, Nowogrodziec, Osiecznica and, of course, Bolesławiec.
