The event begins at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday (24 October). Each year, the Ale pasztet! competition is held as part of the Polish Culinary Cup and promotes traditional cuisine based on game and the treasures of the forest floor of the Lower Silesian Forests, highlighting the unique venue that is Kliczków Castle. During this three-day celebration, everyone will have the opportunity to see culinary performances by stars such as Sylwia Biały, Mariusz Szwed, Tomasz Welter and Marcin Świder.
The competition, divided into three levels, will pit amateurs, students of catering schools and professional chefs against one another, with victory serving as a gateway to the Polish Culinary Cup competition.
