The Cantate Deo Choir (Latin for “sing to God”) has been operating at the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre since September 2011. Its conductor is the outstanding maestro Aleksander Samostrokow.
The choir can be heard this Friday (9 October) at the Bolesławiec Marian Basilica. The concert begins at 7:00 p.m.. Admission is free.
The concert programme will feature 13 works—both sacred and secular, including a theme from “The Lion King.” The solo parts will be performed by Celestyna Koszak and Justyna Rutkowska-Talar.
