Police officers were called by Railway Protection Guards after a freight train driver stopped the train just before two men sleeping on the tracks.

Both sleeping men were residents of Legnica, aged 45 and 31; they were completely drunk. An alcohol test showed two per mille in each case. The men were taken to the municipal sobering-up centre.
