The 54th—and final session of the current term—of the City Council was held on Wednesday. The councillors heard reports from the Mayor of Bolesławiec and the Chair of the City Council on the most important actions taken between sessions. The councillors approved reports on the activities of the City Council’s standing committees, as well as on the activities of the City Council and the mayor.
During 53 meetings, the City Council adopted 508 resolutions, including: 218 substantive resolutions, 64 financial resolutions, 111 financial-budgetary resolutions, 3 financial-organizational resolutions, 22 concerning municipal property, 63 organizational resolutions, and 27 organizational-personnel resolutions. The City Council also adopted 7 statements. Of the total, 124 resolutions constitute municipal regulations and were published accordingly. Of the adopted resolutions, 445 remain in force, while 53 have since ceased to have legal effect.
