Almost 40 runners took part in the competition. The prizes—funded by NSZZ “Solidarity” (including a tablet from a renowned company)—and medals were presented to the competitors by, among others, Solidarity representative Józef Pokładek and Bolesławiec Deputy Mayor Kornel Filipowicz. The competition was judged by Waldemar Krysztofiak.
