Criminal officers from the Bolesławiec police headquarters identified and detained a 26-year-old man suspected of theft and property damage through operational activities. The officers confirmed that the resident of Bolesławiec stole a pouch containing PLN 3,000 from a gaming arcade. In addition, based on the evidence collected in the case, he was also proven to have damaged property. It turned out that several days after the theft, the 26-year-old damaged two motorcycle helmets and set fire to a quad bike, causing losses amounting to more than PLN 2,000.
The detainee confessed to the acts of which he was accused. He will now face trial for what he did. He faces up to 5 years in prison for damaging property and theft.
