Theses defended during the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 academic years at any public or private university in Poland or abroad may be submitted to the Competition. Theses submitted in previous editions of the Competition may not be submitted again.
Topics recommended by the Mayor of Bolesławiec should focus on issues related to increasing the competitiveness of the city of Bolesławiec on the domestic and international markets and should be connected with the implementation of development plans adopted by the authorities of Bolesławiec.
