You can donate blood if you:
- are 18–65 years old and have an identity document with a photograph and address
- have an appropriate body weight (over 50 kg)
- have not had jaundice, syphilis, psoriasis or diabetes
- have not undergone surgery in the last 6 months
- or endoscopic procedures, a tattoo, ear piercing or piercing of other body parts
- do not have serious diseases of the circulatory, digestive, nervous, respiratory or urinary systems.
Women cannot donate blood during menstruation or for three days after it ends.
