We would like to inform you that on 29 June 2015 we repaired a failure in the network in the area of the Water Treatment Plant on Henrykowska Street in Zgorzelec. Unfortunately, repairing the failure required the Water Treatment Plant to be shut down for approximately two hours. Such actions change the direction of water flow in the network, ultimately resulting in increased turbidity and a change in the colour of the water supplied to the network.
However, the repaired failure did not reduce the substantial leak of water supplied to the network. Our company has currently mobilised all available resources to locate the failure, which is causing a change in water pressure in the network and may lead to a deterioration in its quality.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the repair work.
We will make every effort to minimise the effects of the work as soon as possible. We will inform our customers immediately after the work is completed that the failure has been repaired.
