As officers established, the incident took place on June 4 this year, at around 2:15 p.m., on one of the streets in Kowary. As the boys passed each other, they bumped into one another. The result? An argument broke out. The 14-year-old beat a boy two years younger and then robbed him.
The older teenager took a pouch containing a mobile phone and a speaker. As it later turned out, the aggressor took what interested him and threw away the pouch itself.
The 12-year-old’s mother notified the police about the attack. Officers detained the assailant. The minor had already come into conflict with the law. His fate will now be decided by the family court.
