On September 1, Mayor Piotr Roman presented teachers with professional promotion certificates for appointed teacher status. The following received the title of appointed teacher: Renata Paszko (MPP No. 4), Iwona Wilczyńska (SP No. 2), Paweł Andrzej Poluszyński (SP No. 2), Katarzyna Syguła-Wieczorek (GS No. 1), Barbara Sobczyszyn (GS No. 2), Agnieszka Hanowicz (GS No. 3), Janina Sarzyńska (GS No. 1), and Joanna Kuriata (GS No. 1).
Representatives of the UM Social Affairs Department were present at the ceremony for presenting the certificates: head Krystyna Boratyńska, together with her deputy Stanisław Wyganowski, as well as directors of educational institutions. As usual, the meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss education in Bolesławiec.
