The incident occurred on Friday after 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of Kubika, Kutuzowa and Komuny Paryskiej streets. A drunk man driving a Volkswagen caused a collision by failing to yield the right of way. Witnesses say he wanted to flee the scene, but his car broke down. The police stopped him.
After being tested with a breathalyzer, it turned out that the perpetrator had almost two per mille of alcohol in his blood.
