The district championships for primary schools in the athletics triathlon are behind us. The competition was held on 28 May at the municipal stadium. The winners in the individual events were:

  • Natalia Jackowska, Michał Sobczyszyn, Wiktoria Zimerman, Maciej Kozik, Julia Szewczyk, Katarzyna Abramowicz and Brajan Tomaszewski – in the 60-metre race
  • Oliwia Kapecka, Sebastian Cichorzewski, Karmen Kołodziejczyk, Jakub Woch, Aleksandra Skoczyńska and Łukasz Jońca – in the softball throw
  • Antonina Pańków, Szymon Gniewek, Miriana Starzewska, Mateusz Mrozik, Katarzyna Abramowicz, Brajan Tomaszewski and Maciej Kniaziewicz – in the long jump.

The district championship in the Year 1 category was won by the team from Primary School No. 4 in Bolesławiec (the team consisted of: Natalia Jackowska, Oliwia Gruszak, Kinga Rajczakowska, Marcelina Fabiańska, Nadia Zamorska, Michał Sobczyszyn, Sebastian Cichorzewski, Bartosz Filipowicz, Jakub Żak and Bartek Alf). The team’s coach is Rafał Kwieciński. The athletes from Primary School No. 2 came second, while the competitors from Czerna finished third.

In the Year 2 category, the team from Primary School No. 4 came first (Karmen Kołodziejczak, Antonina Pańków, Lena Kaziów, Julka Cembrowska, Martyna Topol, Jakub Woch, Maciej Kozik, Mateusz Sinica, Igor Piotrowski and Jakub Radzyński). The team’s coach is Marta Górska. The team from Primary School No. 2 came second (Wiktoria Anioł, Wiktoria Jałowiecka, Miriana Starzewska, Julia Uznańska, Wiktoria Zimerman, Krystian Kot, Mateusz Leszczyna, Aleksander Magiera, Daniel Prus and Adrian Żuk). The SP Oxpress team took third place.

The best team in the Year 3 category was from Primary School No. 1 (Aleksandra Skoczyńska, Natalia Nawrot, Julia Barszczewska, Katarzyna Abramowicz, Maja Nitarska, Maciej Kniaziewicz, Kuba Szabłowski, Patryk Biczyński, Brajan Tomaszewski and Dawid Kupczak). The team’s coach is Magdalena Czyżewska. The team from Primary School No. 4 came second, while the SP Oxpress team finished third.

The competition was organized by the Powiatowe Centrum Edukacji i Kształcenia Kadr.
