On Saturday afternoon, a brawl broke out between two men in the vicinity of the Non-Stop bar in Kruszyn. As a result, a 57-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he died two days later.
The 35-year-old perpetrator of the assault was identified and arrested by the police. He will be charged with committing an offence under Article 158, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code, namely participation in a brawl resulting in a person's death. The 35-year-old faces between one and 10 years in prison.
