Officers from the Police Station in Bolesławiec, together with military police officers, arrested two men (aged 47 and 21) in Trzebień. The arrested men stole 410 metres of railway track, obtaining 42 tonnes of steel scrap worth a total of PLN 60,900. Dolnośląska Korporacja Obrotu Surowcami Wtórnymi in Żary suffered losses as a result of the theft. The perpetrators were placed in the Detention Facility for Arrested Persons.
