An 81-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, driving a Fiat 126p, failed to give way to a woman driving a Volkswagen Golf, a resident of Rakowice (Bolesławiec commune). A collision occurred. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The driver responsible for the collision had his driving licence confiscated. The case will be decided in court.
