During the training, the students also learned how to use rescue equipment and practised water rescue techniques. The session was led by WOPR lifeguard Jakub Jakubowski. During the training, sixteen students from II LO learned how to use lifesaving equipment and provide first aid. The high school students practised the knowledge they had gained under the instructor’s supervision. The training was organised by Jacek Maj, a teacher at II LO and supervisor of the School Sailing Club.
