The Marshal's Office pays for an apartment rented for the head of Lower Silesia, namely Cezary Przybylski from Raciborowice Górne, the former Bolesławiec county head and marshal of the voivodeship (since February last year), Polskie Radio Wrocław reports. According to the outlet, the local government—and therefore taxpayers—spends PLN 1,700 per month for this purpose. The voivodeship marshal pays the bills himself.
In an interview with Polskie Radio Wrocław, the marshal's spokesperson, Jarosław Perduta, stressed that officials had conducted an analysis showing that Cezary Przybylski's trips to Bolesławiec County would cost several thousand złoty per month and that renting an apartment in Wrocław would be cheaper.
