As a result of the open call for bids for the implementation of health programs in the Municipality of Bolesławiec in 2015, providers were selected for the following programs:

  1. “Screening tests—prevention of breast diseases in women” – “STOMADENT” Medical Center in Bolesławiec, 21 Dolne Młyny Street
  2. “Prevention of vision disorders in children” – Elżbieta Ośko, Individual Specialist Medical Practice in Bolesławiec, 10A Tysiąclecia Avenue,
  3. “Prevention of tooth decay in children” – Caritas Care Station of the Legnica Diocese, limited liability company, in Legnica, 19 Grabskiego Street
  4. “Screening for postural and lower-limb defects in preschool-age children” – Municipal Medical Rehabilitation Facility, limited liability company, in Bolesławiec, 11 Parkowa Street.

The bid submitted by the Non-Public Healthcare Facility, Dr Dominik Chodyra Dental Center, 4 Batorego Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec, for the implementation of the health program entitled “Prevention of tooth decay in children” was rejected because it did not meet the conditions specified in the competition announcement—the absence of a current opinion from the sanitary inspector confirming compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements at the location where examinations would be performed in the city of Bolesławiec.
