The accident occurred on Monday, December 22, near Kraśnik Dolny (Bolesławiec commune). The driver of a Renault Laguna with registration plates from Bolesławiec was heading toward Bolesławiec. Suddenly, another Renault Laguna driver, whose car had registration plates from Złotoryja, emerged from a minor road, failing to give way. The first Laguna struck the side of the second. Both cars left the road and ended up in a field.
Two people in the Renault from Bolesławiec were injured.
