Today, at its session, the Bolesławiec City Council adopted a resolution on granting the mayor a vote of approval for 2005. The vote of approval was granted after the opinions of the City Council Committee and the Regional Accounting Chamber had been read out and the report on the implementation of the budget for the previous year had been adopted.
Thirteen councillors from the Forum Samorządowe Ziemi Bolesławieckiej and Ziemia Bolesławiecka 2006 voted in favour of granting the vote of approval, while seven councillors from the Democratic Left Alliance voted against it.
In 2005, the city spent PLN 111.8 million. Less money—PLN 102 million—came into its coffers. The deficit was covered mainly by a loan from the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
