The therapeutic fairy tale “Garbuska” is an adventure-filled story about Matylda, who runs away from home and wants to find the witch who grants every wish. During her escape, she meets Karol, a boy from a very poor family, and Prince Robert. They are also looking for the witch and have their own dreams to fulfil. Biszkopt, an exceptional friend, accompanies the girl throughout, along with an old suitcase containing something very mysterious. The fairy tale is a great read for adults and children alike. Anna Choińska, a therapist of Reconciliation with Parents according to Prekop, assessed it as follows:
“Garbuska is a journey from Source to Source, which each of us can take in order to return transformed. By reading this fairy tale, we can set out on a journey and find what is most important in life.”
