The contract was signed on August 12, 2026. According to the data, its value is PLN 79,000 net. The subject of the contract was defined as “multimedia services during the 32nd BŚC.” The contract covered three days.

One of the parties is Bolesławiecki Ośrodek Kultury – Międzynarodowe Centrum Ceramiki. The other party is an entrepreneur operating under the name 1. "LIVE" 2. "LIBER" WSPARCIE DLA BIZNESU MAGDALENA SZWED. Magdalena Szwed is the wife of Michał Szwed, who works on a daily basis at Bolesławiecki Ośrodek Kultury – Międzynarodowe Centrum Ceramiki in a managerial position.

– A tender was announced for the services, and the company Live entered it – Michał Szwedsaid. – The employees hired by Live handled and carried out the multimedia production. I worked for BOK-MCC – Szwed said. It should be explained that the cultural center did not organize a tender, but invited bids. We did not find a document on the center’s website stating how many offers had been submitted, their prices, or the outcome of the procedure.

The services covered the stages: the large one on Asnyka Street, the small one in the Market Square, and the third one in the gardens of the Museum of Ceramics on Zgorzelecka Street. Live2 operated the LED screens, carried out a multi-camera production, handled video services, and prepared graphics displayed on the screens.

This may mean that BOK – MCC also paid for multimedia services during the 80th-anniversary gala of Zakłady Ceramiczne „Bolesławiec,” which took place at the Museum of Ceramics on August 22.

Being related to or married to an employee of a municipal institution does not in itself mean that the law was violated when the contract was signed. In this case, however, it is significant that the contract involved a substantial sum spent by a municipal cultural institution and was signed with the company of a person closely connected to one of its employees.
