Bolesławiec University of the Third Age, operating in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Economics, invites you to the lecture “The Art of Healthy Eating – Gerontological Dietetics in Practice”, which will be held on Wednesday, December 3 in the auditorium of Miejski Zespół Szkół No. 2 in Bolesławiec (Jana Pawła II Street). The lecture will be given by Daria Ciesielska, a qualified dietitian.
The following topics will be discussed:
- essential components of the diet
- obesity and malnutrition
- interactions between medicines and food and supplements
- cholesterol – a scientific lie.
