Two men, aged 22 and 24, suspected of attempting burglary, were apprehended by police officers from Jelenia Góra. The incident occurred on 29 November in Jelenia Góra. The two residents of our city broke into a building that was being renovated and wanted to steal power tools worth PLN 3,150.
Both were arrested in the act. What is more, it turned out that the 22-year-old had left prison just two weeks earlier, where he had been serving time for robbery. His older accomplice had four other burglaries on his record, committed in the Jeżów Sudecki municipality.
The suspects were taken into police custody. They face a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
