As we have learned, on Tuesday, November 25, a meeting was held of councillors elected from the KWW Piotra Romana. At the first session of the City Council of the new term, to be held on Monday, December 1, the candidacy of Jarosław Kowalski, who headed the Forum group associated with the mayor in the previous term, will be proposed for the position of Council chair. J. Kowalski will replace Józef Pokładek, who was not elected to the Council this time.

The following people will be proposed as deputy chairs of the Council: Łukasz Jaźwiec and Renata Fredyk (both ran in the elections from KWW Piotra Romana). This information was confirmed by the spokeswoman for the Bolesławiec municipal office, Agnieszka Gergont.

Given that the mayor has 14 councillors on the Council, the election of the aforementioned people to these positions will probably be merely a formality.
