On Friday, 21 November, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., police officers from Lubin conducted the “Pedestrian versus vehicle” operation in our county, aimed at improving the safety of all road users.
During the operation, officers fined 11 pedestrians who crossed the road against a red light or in prohibited areas, as well as 21 drivers, including for improperly driving across pedestrian crossings and failing to yield to pedestrians.
Four drivers received warnings. Moreover, two drunk drivers were detained by the police.
