The renovation concerns the section from the Łokietka–Wesoła Street intersection to 10 Marca Street on one side, and to the entrance to the monastery grounds on the other. The pavements are approximately 525 m long and cover an area of approximately 1,935 m². The work includes replacing the damaged concrete slab surface with concrete paving blocks and replacing street lighting fixtures, along with their power cables. The contractor is SKG from Bożejowice. The city budget allocated PLN 334,493 for this purpose. The work is scheduled for completion by the end of December.
Work is under way on the construction of a multigenerational playground on Tyrankiewiczów Street. The investment aims to create recreational areas for both children and adults. It is also intended to provide new opportunities for using the park to organise meetings promoting physical activity and active leisure. Visitors to the playground will have access to a rope pyramid, swings, a climbing rock, ladders, sandpits, carousels, multifunctional play sets, a fitness equipment zone, exercise sets, farm-themed play equipment, a health trail, railings, benches and many other attractions. The playground design was prepared by PPU “Wood-Play”. The main contractor is Saternus Distribution from Chorzów. The investment is worth PLN 1,749,835. The funds come from the Bolesławiec city budget.
Renovation work on the road along Stokrotek Street has been completed. The renovation included a new road surface, repairs to driveways and pavements, and the adjustment of inspection chambers. The work is worth more than PLN 98,000. The funds come from the city budget. The work was carried out by Bud-Dróg from Kożuchów.
Work on Tysiąclecia Avenue will continue until mid-December. A pavement is being renovated on the section from the hospital entrance to the city boundary. The contractor is TECH-BUD from Kruszyn. The city budget allocated PLN 185,137 for the pavement renovation. Work on the renovation of pavements along Obrońców Helu Street will also be completed in December. The works also include the modernisation of the lighting. The contractor is SAB-BUD from Bolesławiec. The cost of renovating the pavements, including the lighting modernisation, is PLN 120,300. The renovation of the accesses to buildings located along Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec has been submitted for acceptance. The work involved renovating the pavement, driveway and accesses to buildings numbered 50, 52 and 54. The renovation was carried out by the Municipal Communal Economy Facility. The city budget allocated PLN 45,775.
Work involving the construction of a stormwater drainage system as part of the project “Construction of Zabobrze Street (sections C–D and E–F), including the construction of stormwater drainage and street lighting” will continue until the end of November. The total value of the project is PLN 689,936.
