Lubin police officers detained a 30-year-old resident of Lubin commune. At his home, they found dried cannabis (nearly 3,000 portions of marijuana) and specialized equipment. The suspect explained that he had the drugs solely for personal use.
By court decision, the man has already been temporarily remanded in custody for three months. Possession of a substantial quantity of narcotic drugs is punishable by up to 8 years in prison. If it turns out that the 30-year-old was dealing them, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
