Artists from Royal Russian Ballet (performing in Poland for the first time) will dance their adaptation of the timeless story of Romeo and Juliet, presenting the turbulent tale of the most famous lovers. A story that for hundreds of years has been an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the greatest artists—painters, poets, writers and composers.

Royal Russian Ballet is a company founded in Kharkiv in 2007, comprising Russian and Ukrainian artists. It is rapidly conquering ballet stages around the world and winning prestigious international awards. The company’s artistic direction is entrusted to two outstanding personalities: Mikhail Bezzubikov—soloist with Bolshoi Ballet, graduate of the famous Russian school of choreography in Perm, and recipient of the title of Honored Artist of Russia in recognition of his many achievements; and Anatoliy Kazatskiy—company manager, dancer and choreographer, including winner of the “Serge Lifar 2002” International Competition.
