The police were notified about the case by a young woman. She said that her stepfather had started an argument and had abused her once again.
The 51-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality had already been convicted of abusing his family. However, after serving his sentence, he did not change his behavior toward his loved ones.
The man was detained by Bolesławiec police officers. At the prosecutor’s request, the 51-year-old was temporarily remanded in custody for two months. The repeat offender faces up to five years in prison.
