A 40-year-old man suspected of breaking into one of the detached houses in Zgorzelec has been apprehended by Zgorzelec police officers. The suspect damaged the security grille and then forced open a window. He stole computer equipment, a telephone and jewellery. He caused losses exceeding PLN 16,000.
The police have already recovered property worth approximately PLN 10,000. The resident of Zgorzelec faces up to 10 years in prison.
