On Monday, September 1, officers from the Prevention Department stopped a Volkswagen Golf carrying three young men for inspection. In the vehicle, officers found approximately 300 doses of marijuana.
During the proceedings, one of those detained—a 19-year-old—admitted that the drugs belonged to him. What is more, officers found a small amount of narcotic substances in the teenager’s apartment.
His 20-year-old acquaintance, a resident of Środa County, was also detained; several portions of amphetamine were found in his apartment.
Then, during the night of September 2–3, police stopped a Renault car for inspection. Two men were travelling in it. In the car, officers found more than 10 portions of marijuana and a small amount of methamphetamine. The driver and passenger were detained.
All those detained face a penalty of up to three years’ imprisonment.
