The incident took place on Tuesday, August 19, on Wojska Polskiego Avenue. According to the police’s preliminary findings, the five-year-old boy got out of a car and, without waiting for his guardians, ran onto the road directly in front of another vehicle. Fortunately, the child was not seriously injured. Nevertheless, as a precaution, the 5-year-old was taken to a hospital in Legnica.
The police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
