The incident occurred on 18 August at approximately 7:20 a.m. During a routine inspection of the coach, officers detected the smell of alcohol on the driver. It turned out that he had 0.34 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The police detained a 45-year-old resident of Wałbrzych County, who was supposed to take 50 children, accompanied by their guardians, to Międzywodzie.
The man will now face the consequences of his actions before the court.
