The company received the certificate in mid-December. It states that MZGK Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec is an enterprise guided in its business activities by business ethics and fair-play principles. This ethics is understood as a set of standards governing the Company’s mutual relations with all participants in the market and its surroundings, namely contractors, customers, employees, the local community, and local and state authorities.
The competition is organized by the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Institute for Research on Democracy and Private Enterprise. MZGK was one of two enterprises from Bolesławiec, alongside PZZ Bolesławiec S.A., to apply for the title and receive it.
