In August, the CIK Orzeł Cultural Integration Centre will launch classes from the BOK-MCC holiday programme. Those wishing to spend their free time in an enjoyable and interesting way can still find places in the vocal, film and pinhole photography workshops.
Registration is handled by the Tourist and Cultural Information Point, telephone: 75 64532 90. The classes are free of charge.
Singing enthusiasts who want to begin working on their voice, as well as those with advanced vocal skills, are invited to the summer vocal workshop “Popular Singing and Classical Singing – The Differences”. The classes will take place over two weeks, from 31 July to 14 August, Monday to Friday (11:00–15:00). They are aimed at a wide range of participants of different ages. The instructor will teach methods of popular or classical singing, depending on the participants’ interests and aptitudes.
People interested in film or television who would like to move onto a film set and see how films are made are invited from 28 July to 31 August, on Tuesdays and Fridays (16:00–18:00), to “Film Holidays at CIK Orzeł”. Professional equipment, a modern studio and a group of enthusiasts make this an excellent way to spend an unforgettable holiday.
It is also certainly worth taking part in the two-day pinhole photography workshop on 4 and 5 August (10:00–15:00). It will be led by Grzegorz Sidorowicz. During the classes, participants will be able to build a camera themselves, take an outdoor photograph and develop negatives.
