The incident occurred on Friday, July 25, near Osieczów (Osiecznica municipality). The 39-year-old German national, driving a BMW, was heading towards Wrocław. According to the police's preliminary findings, the man failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions and lost control of the vehicle. The car hit a fence and then overturned. Fortunately, no one was injured. The BMW driver was sober.
