The incident occurred at the intersection of Cieszkowskiego and Modłowa streets. The Volvo driver, a resident of Bolesławiec, failed to yield to the Renault. A collision occurred, as a result of which the driver of the latter vehicle was injured (there was also a female passenger in the car, but as we managed to establish, she was unharmed).
Both drivers were sober. The injured man was taken to hospital with an arm injury. Whether the incident will be classified as an accident or a collision depends on his condition.
