The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 10, in a yard on Mazowiecka Street in Bolesławiec. A 58-year-old woman, leaving a garage, hit a boy (driving over his chest). Fortunately, the initial reports that the child had died were not confirmed. The driver was sober.
Rescuers spent half an hour treating the 1.5-year-old boy at the scene. The toddler was taken to a specialist hospital in Legnica.
