The programme includes a Mass at 12:00 in the church at Zamkowy Square. After the Mass, an honour guard company of scouts and guests, accompanied by the city orchestra, will march to the defensive walls. Then, at 13:15, at the site by the walls where the anchor sign—the symbol of Fighting Poland—is located, there will be a scouting roll call with reports, the reading of an order by the troop commander, speeches by the mayor and invited guests, a roll call of the fallen, and an honour salvo. At 13:40 in Orzeł, there will be a lecture entitled “The Fate of the Cursed Soldiers in Bolesławiec” and a concert by the scouting vocal group “In Tribute to the Cursed Soldiers”.

Those interested will have the opportunity to visit the cellars of MDK, where the Bolesławiec Security Office detention centre operated after the war (Youth Cultural Centre, 7 Grunwaldzka Street, from 14:30 to 16:00).

Organisers: the Szare Szeregi Polish Scouting and Guiding Association troop in Bolesławiec, the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre, and the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.
