The Orka water park will host a Valentine’s underwater-kissing competition. Following our encouragement, two men from southeastern Poland responded to the call for entries, expressing their willingness to compete in a timed kissing contest in our pool.
Despite various comments on internet forums, the organizers accepted the entry. They also contacted one of the men.
“We are open-minded and tolerant, and we did not write in the rules that we accept only heterosexual couples,” says Małgorzata Kozik, a specialist in Administration and Marketing at Orka. “At first I thought it was a joke, but I called the telephone number provided and verified that the entry was genuine.”
In addition to the men, five other couples have entered the competition so far, although we already know that the men have not confirmed their participation. The organizers have prepared attractive prizes with a total value of PLN 1,700. The winners will receive accommodation and a formal dinner at a palace, cosmetics, and a swimming-pool pass.
