To find out whether visitors to public offices are served competently and courteously, the easiest way is to ask them directly. Such questions take the form of a survey that will show whether Bolesławiec residents are satisfied with the work of the City Hall.

The principle of a “visitor-friendly office” adopted by the city administration is intended to protect institution customers from rigid, bureaucratic treatment. The survey being conducted is one way to examine the effectiveness of this principle and evaluate the work of officials.

Survey forms are available in every department of the City Hall. The survey is anonymous; forms should not be signed. Completed forms should be placed in the boxes located next to the information boards in the Town Hall and in the office building at Piłsudski Square.
