The incident occurred on Friday, December 20, in one of the grain elevators on al. Tysiąclecia. The 61-year-old man died after being buried under grain. Investigators determined that the 61-year-old was not at the workplace position where he should have been. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec found no negligence on the part of the employer.
