On Thursday, December 19, a Christmas Fair was held at II Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec. The Christmas traditions of English-, German- and French-speaking countries were presented. At 11:00 a.m., the fair was officially opened. There was group carol singing and a karaoke contest.
During the fair, visitors could try Christmas treats, see Christmas decorations and test themselves in themed quizzes. Everything was prepared by students from the school together with Joanna Turczyńska – a German teacher, Agnieszka Niedźwiecka – a German teacher, Anna Sas – an English teacher, and Izabella Daniel – a French teacher.
The Christmas Fair was organized as part of a joint project of II Liceum Ogólnokształcące and Gimnazjum Samorządowe nr 4. The day before, the fair was held at the middle school.
