The Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec in Bolesławiec informs that work on the renovation and painting of the staircase in the residential building at 6, 1 Maja Street, in Bolesławiec, has been completed. As part of the work, window frames, the building’s entrance door with a door closer, and the basement door were replaced. Cracks and scratches on the walls and ceiling were removed. The interior was painted with emulsion paint. The dado was made from a thin-layer resin mixture render. The value of the work was PLN 13,500. The work was carried out by a company from Bolesławiec.
It is worth recalling that in August this year, the roof of the building at 6, 1 Maja Street, was renovated. The work included building chimneys from clinker brick, installing thermal insulation in the attic apartments, laying ceramic roof tiles (red plain tiles), and installing gutters and sheet-metal flashings made of copper sheet. The value of the work exceeded PLN 55,000.
