The guests of Józefina and Marek Witas will include Sister Anastazja Pustelnik of the Congregation of the Daughters of Divine Love in Kraków. The meeting with the nun and excellent cook will take place at Oleńka restaurant in the Old Town (36/12 Rynek), on Tuesday, 3 December at 4:00 p.m.. Admission will be free.
Sister Anastazja reached the hearts of Poles through their stomachs in 2001, when the Jesuit publishing house WAM published her first cookbook. Sister Anastazja has excellent culinary ideas for various occasions: Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter and even engagements. Veal with chanterelles, Ołpiny-style dumplings, poppy-seed Kukutki or autumn cheesecake are just some of the outstanding suggestions for lovers of good food.
At the meeting with Sister Anastazja, visitors will be able to taste two cakes from the recipes of the nun, who cooks for the Jesuits in Kraków on a daily basis. Her cookbooks will also be available for purchase. A wonderful Christmas-tree gift for everyone.
The meeting is organized by Agora bookshop and WAM publishing house
